It is optional to have the therapy dog at your appointment, and is more of an opt in service. Therefore the therapy does will not be present if you do not wish for this to occur. While MindfulNest is well kempt and clean office environment, there is likely some dog hair that might be present around the space. therefore, if you are highly allergic to dog hair, we would encourage you to reconsider if MindfulNest is the best mental health service for you to attend.
